1/sqrt8 = 4(m+2)

1/sqrt8 = 4m +8

1 = (4m +8)*sqrt8

1 = 4m*sqrt8 +8sqrt8

sqrt8 = 2sqrt2

1 - 16sqrt2 = (8sqrt2)*m

m = (1 - 16sqrt2)/8sqrt2

m = (1 -16sqrt2)*sqrt2 / (8*2)

m = (sqrt2 -32)/16

hope this will help you
