Technician A says the appearance of tire wear indicator bars indicate that tire pressure is low and therefore pressure should be increased. Technician B says tire indicator bars are a quick visual warning that tire tread is worn down to the unserviceable level and the tires should be replaced.

Tire pressure is measured by sensors that can sense the air amount in a tire and a tire can lose air/pressure if left still for long period of time doesn't mean that the tire unserviceable
