Hey there! :D

4x-7+7x=3x-1

Combine like terms. 

11x-7=3x-1

Add 7 to both sides. 

11x= 3x+6

Subtract 3x on both sides. 

8x=6

Divide 8 into both sides.

x=6/8 or 3/4. (.75)
